Buscamos un supervisor de ventas para nuestro Contact Center, que se encargará, principalmente, de las siguientes tareas :
Asignar leads y coordinar turnos de venta.
Monitorear desempeño de ventas y ratios de conversión.
Asegurar el uso correcto de argumentarios y scripts.
Motivar al equipo y fomentar el cumplimiento de objetivos individuales y grupales.
Perfil requerido :
Experiencia 3 años en gestión de siniestros y 1 año mínimo en coordinación de equipos.
Alta motivación y liderazgo de equipos de venta.
Capacidad de análisis de datos comerciales.
Conocimiento en técnicas de venta telefónica.

Estamos buscando a un / a asistente de ventas sénior para unirse al fantástico equipo de nuestra sensacional tienda de Madrid. La persona que buscamos deberá rendir cuentas directamente al gerente de la tienda y ser una persona de mente abierta y apasionada que ofrezca a los clientes una experiencia extraordinaria e inimitable. Además ayudará en las operaciones diarias de la tienda en ausencia del gerente y subgerente de la tienda.
Tus principales funciones incluyen:
- Alcanzar tus propios objetivos de ventas y motivar al equipo para que alcance los suyos.
- Ofrecer una atención al cliente excelente en todo momento.
- Respetar todos los procedimientos operativos, p. ej. entregas, entrada y salida de los empleados, balance de existencias, reposición, etc.
- Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de salud y seguridad para mantener un entorno laboral saludable, seguro y ordenado.
- Manejar las transacciones de caja según los procedimientos operativos. Saber gestionar las consultas más complejas que puedan realizar los clientes.
- Asistir al equipo gestor en la formación y orientación de los miembros del equipo de menor antigüedad.
- Actuar como encargado / a de tienda y asumir la responsabilidad sobre la tienda durante los breves periodos de ausencia del gerente.
- Realizar cualquier otra tarea razonable que indique el equipo gestor de la tienda.
Los requisitos esenciales:
- Experiencia similar como encargado / a de tienda, preferiblemente en una marca de moda / estilo de vida.
- Demostrar una buena comprensión de la atención al cliente.
- Orientación comercial y hacia la consecución de metas, con capacidad para ayudar al equipo a que alcance los objetivos de la tienda.
- Demostrar una buena comprensión de cómo liderar a un equipo y potenciar las ventas.
- Profesionalidad, pero también autenticidad y audacia.
