We are based in Alicante and currently have more than 2,000 employees from different nationalities and backgrounds.
At Tempe you will find a representation of all the Inditex Group brands: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho and Stradivarius, each with their own Design, Production, Buying, Merchandising and Distribution teams.
Define, plan and execute the commercial strategy for the season for the assigned markets and product lines. Select the product and set the commercial, distribution and communication guidelines in order to achieve the established objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Assess and select products to ensure adaptation to assigned markets and stores, identifying and meeting specific market needs.
Define, plan and implement the product commercial strategy: product life cycle, collection updates, coordination with apparel collections (cross-selling), inclusion in special collections, etc.
Plan correct timing and quantities of merchandise for store stocking and establish the initial roll-out strategy in assigned markets.
Establish procedures and maintain communication with stores, store managers and headquarters to ensure proper product management, providing solutions and unifying criteria.
Conduct market research to define new product, promotion, pricing or communication strategies, in order to attract new customers in both developed and emerging markets.
Prepare forecasts and daily analysis to detect product and merchandising needs, providing valuable insights for business areas.
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Advertising or similar.
A Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Communication, Commercial Management, Marketing or Fashion-related fields will be highly valued.
Specific Knowledge
High level of Spanish and English.
Strong knowledge of Fashion & Trends.
Sales and Marketing expertise.
Analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.

¿ Cuales serán tus funciones?
Hacer seguimiento de las descargas y posterior clasificado de la mercancía de la Zona Asignada
Asegurar que los equipos llevan a cabo las funciones encomendadas
Resolver las incidencias informando de las mismas al Jefe/a de Proyecto
Llevar a cabo las funciones de los/las Jefes/as de Equipo en su ausencia si fuese necesario.
Controlar la asistencia de los equipos
Controlar y asegurar la calidad del servicio
Llevar a cabo y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de mejora continua de la empresa
¿Qué necesitamos por tu parte?
Imprescindible tener disponibilidad de 22:00 a 08:00h las noches de los domingos y miércoles.
Imprescindible tener disponibilidad horaria diurna de 12:00 a 14:30 los lunes y jueves para conectarse de manera online.
Imprescindible tener vehículo propio que pueda circular por toda la comunidad autónoma.

Overview
