    Descripción Del Trabajo

    Role Overview

We're seeking a Scrum Master with a strategic mindset and a passion for empowering teams to deliver exceptional product outcomes. This is not a role for a facilitator of ceremonies - we're looking for a change agent who understands delivery, collaboration, ownership, and how to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and product thinking.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Champion the shift from delivery-focused execution to a product and value-driven mindset.
    • Foster team autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and shared ownership of outcomes.
    • Ensure Scrum events (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) are purposeful, engaging, and outcome-oriented.
    • Proactively identify and eliminate blockers - whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal.
    • Drive continuous improvement through agile metrics, retrospectives, and actionable insights.
    • Align the Product Team, Product Owner, and stakeholders around vision, goals, and priorities.
    • Facilitate workshops and sessions focused on product vision, sprint goals, and discovery.
    • Coach and mentor team members to grow in accountability, agility, and learning maturity.

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in digital product environments.
    • Proven success in evolving teams toward high performance and strong product ownership.
    • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban , and other agile frameworks, with a pragmatic, people-first approach.
    • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics.
    • Solid grasp of product delivery principles, discovery techniques, feedback loops, and value-driven metrics.
    • Experience with OKRs, agile delivery metrics, Lean UX , or systems coaching is a strong plus.
    • A mindset focused on outcomes, not just process.
