Qué harás

Liderar la definición de métricas de producto y analizar datos para orientar decisiones.
Conocimientos / Experiencia
Has trabajado en entornos ágiles aplicando marcos como Scrum y/o Kanban.
Tienes experiencia liderando la definición y planificación estratégica del roadmap del producto.
Has trabajado con historias de usuario, asegurando que el equipo de desarrollo las comprenda y ejecute.

- Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad para fomentar la colaboración y la autogestión.
- Residencia en Mallorca.
- Formación universitaria en Informática, Ingeniería o similar.
- Experiencia mínima: 3 años en un rol similar.
Habilidades deseadas
- Certificación Scrum Master (CSM, PSM o equivalente).
- Experiencia con herramientas de gestión como Jira y Confluence .
- Conocimientos técnicos de desarrollo (entorno FE o BE según equipo asignado).
- Familiaridad con procesos de CI/CD, testing automatizado y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Valorable experiencia en el sector hotelero.
Modalidad de trabajo
- Híbrida (presencial + teletrabajo) en Palma de Mallorca.
