• 2-5 años de experiencia desempeñando un rol como Agile Coach
• Formación académica: Grado en Ingeniería Informática o titulaciones STEM
• Habilidades y conocimientos: Scrum, Kanban, frameworks (SAFe/Less/Nexus), Workshops/meetings/facilitación de eventos, Lean Inception/Product Discovery, Design Thinking, Management 3.0, DevOps (Opcional)

Como Agile Coach, trabajarás haciendo uso de marcos ágiles, facilitarás talleres/eventos, enseñarás y te comunicarás con diferentes niveles organizacionales. Deberás poder comprender la organización actual (AS IS) y actuarás en un entorno de transformación (TO-BE). Impulsarás y animarás a los equipos a mejorar el rendimiento y la madurez, centrándote en ofrecer valor al cliente de manera sostenible, iterativa y colaborativa. Necesitamos a alguien que nos ayude en diferentes áreas como son:

• Apoyar la transformación ágil a nivel de tribu y equipo.
• Facilitar la cooperación entre roles de equipos/tribus ágiles.
• Actuar como agente de cambio para difundir la mentalidad, los valores y los principios ágiles.
• Ayudar a los miembros del equipo a resolver problemas/brechas
• Garantizar la eficiencia y la mejora continua de los procesos seguidos por equipos/tribus.
• Apoyar, revisar y monitorear la autoevaluación de madurez identificando brechas y acciones de mejora relacionadas.
• Fomentar la reflexión y el debate entre los miembros del equipo sobre temas y cuestiones relevantes.
• Apoyo a los equipos/tribus para realizar y/o mejorar sus ceremonias ágiles.

Experience

• Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders
• Track-record of success as an Agile Coach in complex environments
• Experience in working in domain knowledge relevant to the data science projects (e.G. knowledge of industry regulations, data privacy considerations, domain-specific metrics, and business processes)
• Proven participation in successful, global agile transformation

Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
• Understand the technology stack and be able to guide the team on best practices for tool selection, integration, and usage
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries
• Strong facilitation, teaching, mentoring and coaching skills
• Experience with organization design and operating model considerations
• Change management expertise

Soft skills

• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes

Desde Shakers, estamos colaborando con una empresa global de consultoría y gestión de calidad para incorporar un Especialista en Embedded Software en un proyecto estratégico del sector transporte. Este puesto es freelance a través de Shakers, con dedicación 50% presencial en Getafe y 50% remoto, y una duración aproximada de 5 meses.

El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo del Passenger Communication System (PACIS) para importantes operadores ferroviarios. El objetivo es garantizar que cada versión del software cumpla con los estándares de calidad y certificación, que los requisitos estén claros, que las pruebas se planifiquen correctamente y que la integración sea exitosa.

Funciones principales

Requisitos y desarrollo: Supervisar que los requisitos y solicitudes de cambio estén claros, coordinar con el equipo de desarrollo y mantener la documentación técnica y funcional de cada versión.
Validación: Planificar y ejecutar pruebas de validación exhaustivas, asegurar la trazabilidad de los requisitos y reportar incidencias críticas.
Integración del sistema: Verificar que las pruebas de integración se realicen correctamente a nivel de sistema, cumplir requisitos acústicos y contractuales, y generar resúmenes semanales de progreso.
