We recently announced plans to expand in Spain by building a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Moncada, Valencia. When it becomes operational in 2026, the plant will manufacture Edwards' surgical and transcatheter heart valve replacement technologies and will join a global network of more than 16,000 talented team members and five other production plants. Our new facility in Moncada will welcome up to 1,500 dedicated team members by 2029 across manufacturing, engineering, and several other professional career paths. Hiring for professional positions has started and will continue through the winter and early spring, with specialized training for manufacturing hires beginning in the fall of 2025.
**How you will make an Impact:**
+ Part of the local Project Management Office, supporting Valencia Implant Manufacturing project transfers and scale-up. Initiates, plans, executes, controls and manages all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project success.
+ Determines and discerns detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes
+ Facilitates the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations
+ Establishes and maintains team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
+ Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
+ Executes and leads the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manages project risk
+ Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned
+ Serves as a project management subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring other project managers; demonstrates expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market, or product
+ Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities
+ Other incidental duties
**What you will need (Required):**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field
+ 8 years experience of hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity
**What else we look for (Preferred):**
+ Master's degree in project management or PMI certification
+ Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
+ Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
+ Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing large scale project plans
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management

Funciones:
- Planificación y seguimiento: Gestionar y coordinar la ejecución de proyectos de videovigilancia, control de accesos, alarmas, detección de incendios y redes de comunicación, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, objetivos y estándares de calidad.
- Control presupuestario: Supervisar y optimizar los recursos económicos asignados a cada proyecto, garantizando eficiencia y rentabilidad.
- Gestión de equipos técnicos: Coordinar al equipo de ingenieros y técnicos especializados en instalaciones de seguridad electrónica, optimizando tiempos y recursos.

Requisitos:
- Formación: Ingeniería en el ámbito telecomunicaciones, eléctrico o electrónico.
- Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos de instalaciones industriales, preferiblemente en sistemas de seguridad.
- Idiomas inglés nivel medio-alto.
- Flexibilidad y disponibilidad para desplazamientos según necesidades del proyecto.
- Valorable: Conocimientos en normativas de seguridad (ISO, EN, UNE, NFPA, etc.). Así como con marcas como Hikvision, Axis, Genetec, Bosch, Siemens, Suprema, Lenel, Flir, Pelco, Hanwha y disponer de certificaciones en sistemas de seguridad electrónica y telecomunicaciones.
