Amazon Managerpara una gran empresa del sector farmacéutico.
La persona que necesitamos en nuestro equipo deberá tener las siguientes funciones:
- Gestión de la cuenta de Amazon para un territorio específico, trabajando en colaboración con las áreas de Marketing, Ventas, Administración y Logística.
- Elaboración de contenido, cumplimiento de estándares de marca, mejora de la imagen y aumento de la conversión.
- Gestión de campañas de marketing digital pagadas en Amazon.
- Identificación de oportunidades de negocio mediante análisis con Amazon Retail Analytics.
- Coordinación con agencias para la ejecución de campañas específicas.
- Gestión y coordinación de marketplaces propios del sector.
- Formación en gestión de plataformas digitales.
Requisitos académicos:
- Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Marketing o similares.
Requisitos mínimos:
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Amazon Specialist.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
- Experiencia gestionando Amazon Vendor y Seller, así como E-Commerce, Marketing digital, SEM, PPC, Google Adwords y Bing Ads.
- Conocimientos en SEM/SEO, Google Adwords y Bing Ads.

1) Be responsible for establishing 1P business cooperation of OPPO EU with the Amazon retail team, including processes such as business negotiation and contract signing.
2) Be responsible for the PO processing of 1P business, coordinate internal team such as GTM team, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
3) Collaborate closely with Amazon to understand their timelines and objectives, in order to help deliver strategic and customer specific plans.
4) Coordinate and communicate clearly with the Amazon internal teams (buying, replenishment / logistics, and marketing teams) in a timely manner.
5) Work effectively to provide accurate forecasting and update on a monthly basis to meet or exceed revenue targets and operational metrics.
6) As the core contact person on the Amazon 1P business, maintain close communication, understand Amazon needs and feedback, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
2) Experience working with Amazon is essential . Vendor Central experience preferred.
3) deep understanding of digital consumer behavior, platform algorithms, merchandising, and e-commerce operations
4) Possess strong external communication and customer management skills
5) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high volume, fast-paced environment
6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7) Ability to understand and interpret data
8) Fluent Spanish is a must

This position requires deep customer focus, strong self-motivation and exceptional project management skills. It will involve regular communication with customers and project sponsors at both the European and country level, and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partnering across functional business and technical teams. To be successful in this role, you need to pair strong analytical skills and a data-driven outlook with strong design and innovation operations intuition.
This role will involve frequent domestic travel and you will report into the Manager of the Design Engineering team of the country that you will be supporting.

You will lead end to end design for new delivery stations and work to improve existing delivery station processes. You will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, some of the internal stakeholder include operations, design and construction, launch and expansion, and safety.
You will produce best in class layouts for new launches, optimize the existing stations and present to leadership for approval. You will work on automation program to integrate new technologies into legacy stations.
You will lead projects to create mechanisms to improve the stations and come up with innovative solutions to the complex design issues.
